BOOKINGS
You are required to secure your spot by depositing $50 for the lash extensions and facials, and a $100 for an advanced treatment In that, any appointment made without depositing this amount is not confirmed as an appointment until you are a member.
USAGE OF SERVICE
Users are required to be 16 years old and above and must agree with the terms and conditions before using the services. A new client is expected to arrive 15 minutes before their first appointment to fill out the paperwork. Late show up for any appointment results in the reduction in time from the total time of service, since our services are flexible to accommodate you in case of an emergency. Clients are required to remove their make up before arriving for the appointment. However, our services also provide lash removal, carried out by our experts. The client should explain any allergies and conditions to the staff before we start performing any service. You should relax and open your eyes when the stylist is delivering the service.
Any confirmed appointment comes with a free rescheduling, and the rescheduling is free of charge and it’s also done 24 hours earlier by a vivid notification.
PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICE
When you book, we will charge a $50 or $100 deposit depends on the service to ensure you secure an appointment with the specialist. By submitting your payment via credit card or another payment method available following the following policy, you will not use any payment method that is not provided by our services.
CONSULTATION
To book for an appointment, you are required to pay a $50 or $100 deposit depends on the service to secure your spot, unless you are a member, members are not required to pay deposits in order to book an appointment. All consultation fees are paid directly to the company.
Termination and Suspension of our services

We may terminate your access to our services immediately without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever if you breach the terms and conditions.
BY YOU
members can terminate the use of these services at any time. The termination will result in deactivation or disablement of any access to our services. The termination is confirmed immediately, and you will not incur any charges after dismissals. However, if you terminate the use of our services in the middle of the billing period, you will not receive any refund.
REFUNDS
There will be no refund of the deposit. The rescheduling of the appointment should take place 24 hours before the date/time of your service.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of our services, you can explain your concern to the staff member immediately before leaving our boutique, we are committed to making our customers happy all the time, and we make sure you leave our boutique with an exceptional experience. However, in case you need to request a refund, you will be obligated to return any goods, to our boutique in less than 24h, new unopened and unused, for service refund, you are obligated to return to our boutique in less than 24h for removal in case of Lashes as a service, in order to receive a full refund (without deposit), please let us know in advance and we will arrange a lash removal appointment immediately, removals, in this case, are free, and covered by your deposit fees, if you come after 24h, we will be deducting a fee of $30 for each day from the total of the balance that needs to be refunded.
EMAILS AND NOTIFICATION
By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to receive calls and messages from our terms regarding our services. You will also make any inquiries using the company’s email address for a quick response.
STYLIST
When interacting with other users and the stylist, you should be cautious and apply common sense for your safety. OUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONFLICT WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE OF ANY USER OR STYLIST THUS RELEASING OUR COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY LICENSORS FROM LIABILITY. OUR COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR DAMAGE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed following the laws of the USA without reference to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit your personal and executive jurisdiction of the state for any dispute arising out of the use of our services. This Agreement constitutes the Agreement between parties concerning the subject matter describing it. This Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, conversations, discussions, and Agreements between parties concerning the information it covers. For any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part of the Agreement unenforceable, the clause shall be enforced with maximum extent.
BUGS AND EXPLOITS
Using trick in our service site code or third party platforms to gain privileges or access is prohibited. Exploiting the public for personal benefit using our services terminates your membership from our company. and any other customers privileges
SITE SECURITY

NO AGENCY
